"We scheduled an appointment at this Dealership due to our interest in a 2019 BMW x3 that was advertised on-line at a significant reduction in price and were met by Sales Advisor Brian Jennette upon our arrival. After a brief introduction he brought the car over to us and reviewed all the bells and whistles and directed us to a convenient test drive route. We found him to be friendly, patient, tolerant and knowledgeable. Unlike a few other dealerships that we have done business with there was no pressure applied by him to get a deal done. Our negotiations on an out the door price that involved a trade remained quite pleasant and after a short period of time my wife and I accepted what we believed to be a fair price and made the purchase. Our time spent with the paperwork to consummate the deal in the finance office was done in less than half the time we have spent at other dealerships.
