"Awful, just Awful.. ordered 4 hot fudge sundaes, when I ask for extra hot fudge, one of the heavy set girl Rolls her eyes.I have raised 5 girls I know what rolling eyes looks like, the 2nd young lady Natalie was very sweet. The Manager Adam did apologize and gave me a full refund for hot fudge sundaes for $14 and attitude on top of it no Thank you."
"I have to say the customer service has drastically improved here. It’s Christmas Eve and the GM Vincent is currently back there making orders! And the store manager Ashley is running like a chicken with her head cut off taking care of customers! Even when the lobby was supposed to be closed! A+++ GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!"
"Went to get my kids happy meals on three separate occasions and every time there’s some issue. Out of nuggets, out of milk, drive thru is down it’s always something. This location is in the way home from their daycare but I’ll drive out of my way from now on when I want to treat them. The owner of this location needs to clean house or shut down."
"My dbl cheeseburger wasn't hot or fresh. It was about 100-120°. The cheese wouldn't even melt on it. One of the burger patties was falling apart( cheap quality meat). They gave me "one napkin" for a dbl qtr lb meal. The fries were fresh. I would've liked to have had a refill on my med. coke drink. It was clean for a busy as they were. There were cars in the driveway wrapped around the building."
"this location used to be great, but in the last few months it’s been AWFUL. takes 25 minutes to get your food (drive through or going in). staff is slow & obviously is miserable. the last time i went they forgot about me (went in and a woman looked at me and went OH and turned around and started making our food) and they ended up not giving me the second breakfast burrito i ordered. they always forget your sauce. food is always meh. not the worst but definitely not as good as it could be. save yourself and just drive the little extra little bit to the sugar mill or crystal river location."
