Take 5 Car Wash

"This location used to be Trinity Carwash and was family owned. It was excellent and ran well. Ever since it was purchased by Take 5 it has drastically gone down hill. Multiple mechanisms in the wash are broke and the wash itself is not thorough. I have gone three times this week to attempt to wash my vehicle. Each time I am greeted by cones across the entrance. I have not received an email about an extended closure and my monthly membership has not been prorated. I will be exploring other options."

"My vehicle was damaged during the car wash and filed a damage claim with the employees on 8/8.I was told I'd be contacted within 2 days but I heard nothing. No one answers the business phone, or was physically present a few days after. On the 15th I returned to speak to the employees and was told yet again I'd be called the following day by noon due to their boss out of office. I'm done being nice when you can't follow up on your word. If this is one way to get your attention then so be it."

"I got the unlimited package for a second month and once again there is always like 2 of the brushes out with no fix in site . This is likely my last month do to this factor . Prices good but dirty area on my car after using the best wash not good . Also the wax and ceramic at the end are turned soooo low that is barely gets on the car Edit: went back two more times because I still have my unlimited plan the first time the two spin brushes that wash the side the car we're still out This time the spin brushes were working but the side drying brushes were not working the buffer brushes. Also the tire shiny did not have any shiny on it it was just a dry spinning wheel no shine . Then a new one happened when I got out of the car there was spots all over my car and I paid for the top of the line wash I haven't had this happen yet that's the one thing I can't say is my car is usually mostly clean except for the areas where the brushes are not working."

"Has really gone downhill. Been coming a few years and since new ownership has become progressively worse. Filthy pre-wash area if you're even lucky to find a station with water. Little to no actual detergent. Frequently items such as vacuums in need of repair. Centralized drying cloths to certain areas instead of at each post-wash station. Easier for them maybe but less convenient for the customers. Sadly, overall, customer experience has continued to decline. Time to switch."

"I visited Take 5 car wash and had a wonderful experience. I had a ton of pollen on my car and Ryan was so nice to offer me the option to come back through the line if I found any spots on my car. No one has ever offered that to me. My baby looks brand new now. Tires shining and everything. I’ve been to other car washes that have left my car with tons of scratches but not this one. Thanks again and I will be back."
