"Ivan is a nice gentleman, who undoubtedly I believe does great work, however; he is very, very expensive. To the par of dealer prices marked up, expensive. I used Ivan one time and got a quote for additional work. I got the same quote from another German center in Palm Harbor and they came in at almost half of Ivan came back at. Some items that got quoted were double that of the dealer. Again, I believe he does great work, but its just pretty insane the prices"

"I, like someone else mentioned, really stumbled onto Ivan's, German-MotorCare,Inc. I'm from out of state, but have a home fairly close by, and without previous warning, I got a very bad reading on my Oil Check. I was looking to find a BMW place nearby, nothing close, but I found Ivan's place and called him. Even over the phone, I knew I lucked out. He kept his garage open for me until I could get there. We spoke of diagnostics and a number of other things while he checked my oil, let the car run until he was sure it was where it should be. We even discussed different synthetic oil, etc., and after verifying manufacture's specs, used an oil which matched, but he felt exceed the norm. I have a BMW X5, I will be taking my car back to him for a full servicing, for which it is due. When I can speak with the mechanic and I know what he's doing and why, that's what matters! Ivan is, professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable! It was a rough day and as I was leaving I said, Oh what do I owe you? He said nothing. I tried to insist, he said not necessary, but he would appreciate my review for his business. I now get why Ivan made the request.... He has been getting reviews about a similarly named car place, but not the one you'd ever want to go to. I got Ivan's card, he even gave me the name of the Key guy I case I need to replace one of the fussy key fobs. Really can't say enough good things about this guy! Have some faith, he's the real deal."
