"I am very disappointed. I had a client of mine refer me. They did my alignment and balance. I picked it up on a Friday afternoon. It was making a slight noise in the rear end that it has never made before. I thought I would wait to see if it went away if not, I was gonna take it back on Monday well I didn’t make it till Monday rear end locked up and my driveshaft broke off in the middle of the interstate going 60 mph with four kids in the car!! It was a very scary and traumatic experience. I’ve got it towed to them. They looked at it and said that it had nothing to do with anything they did replace the rear end. $1250. I am left with a car making the same exact noise it was making when I picked it up after getting the alignment done. I am terrified to drive it!! I took it back to them immediately the second time and told me that they did everything they could do. They don’t know why it’s making that noise. It could be my transmission. I got it checked out by another mechanic and they said that they didn’t do my alignment correctly and there’s nothing wrong with my Transmission. So now I am $1250 out, without a vehicle and have to pay even more money to try and get it fixed which I don’t have. I am very disappointed because Morgan is very nice and her dad who is the mechanic seem to have all of this experience and certifications on different vehicles worked for all kinds of different dealers, so I thought I was in a good honest place. Posting a review is the least I do because I should be getting my $1250 back! I have been without a vehicle for 3 weeks! With 4 kids I can’t even take them to school!!"
