"My wife and I went to an open house Saturday and we were really taken away about how clean the property is. Also, the village is hidden in plain sight; it's off US 19, but if you were not looking for it you would drive by it. We spoke with Marge, she is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns with out having to look anything up. She drove us around the village and showed us a model home. The village and the club house/pool area is spotless. TY again Marge, we will be reaching out to you when we are ready :)"

"Moved here 4 yrs ago when i sold my house and had to be out by Christmas. Did not plan to stay. Yes we had a couple bad not friendly Managers. BUT Last year we got a great Lady. She has improved the park and is still going at it. Great park helpers also. Can't tell you to move here. That would be your choice. BUT I am at this time in my life not leaving. UNLESS Karen becomes an old hag. HE HE. Hoping to get some of my Family to move here."
