"These guys take care of you! We bought a 2011 f-350. All we asked was for them to was to charge the air conditioning and without asking they went above and beyond and changed the battery! When we had a longer drive home we realized it was having some issues so we did need to bring it back for the mechanic to look at it. Turned out it needed a new instrument cluster. Although the process was a bit of a headache John and his team made sure to get it switched out. He was good for his word and truck is running great now! Communication isnt great but as long as I rang his phone rather then text he always answered! I recommend JK automotive as they were not high pressure sales and we DID NOT need our credit ran prior to a test drive. We purchased our truck October 2018!
