"Purchase a grill and never got a tracking number until after delivery. When I called each time, no answer during open hours. When I got a call back, I was told I'd have a tracking number 3 day later when they would be done making my grill. Never got it when told. Even when contacting them back days after the promised date of getting a tracking number, no answer during multiple calls during open hours. Grill looks amazing, but the design is flawed. Theres brackets on the sides to fasten the the frame of the old grill, but not for the top and bottom. The hood latch attaches to bottom. Meaning, with it fastened to the insert, results in bending of the plastic when popping the hood, and results in a bigger gap than there should be on top and bottom. Now I'm going to have to design something myself to fix the issue myself which I shouldn't have to, but now have no choice but to do it myself. As a sales consultant and all-arpund handyman, not impressed."
