"Myself, and my entire family have been going to Hudson Auto care for over 20 years. If you are reading these reviews to decide whether to go or not- I'm telling you as a Christian "You can trust these people". They are people of faith, and they are as trustworthy as they come. I think the memories that stand out the most are 3. 2022/Samella (you'll love her) told me that they couldn't fix my car on that day because it was nearly 5PM. I responded "That's okay. My daughter and I will take the bus home". She responded "No. I don't want you to do that. We'll fix it today". 2023/Nick and Samello attended my step mother's funeral, even though we were just customers to them- nobody special. Jan 2024/ I call, panicked, and said "the gear shift on the car is completely loose! I think the transmission is gone!" Samello calmly responds "No Patty. It's just a gear shift link. Easy fix". My friends- go to Hudson Auto care. Become part of the family."

"At first thought they were great honest people buttttttttt that changed very quickly after my truck was fixed and charged 3800.00 and still leaking oil retuned it to be humiliated by the owner/ mechanics wife that talked about me yelling in a different language and very unprofessional so I WOULD NOT suggest this auto shop unless you plan on spending your money and hoping you don’t have issues or you’ll be dealing with this horrible lady! And still an automobile not fixed correctly!! ABSOLUTE EXCUSE after another with this lady AGAIN everyone ck out Reviews even on Yelp and everyone says same thing you do poor work and YOU MAM have nasty attitude again my truck had miles yes but as for maintenance and so forth we took amazing care why would we come to your business to fix if we didn’t keep maintaining it so that’s absurd but the fact you had to repair immediately after we left because you BROKE a valve cover gasket so we did get those fixed on you because your SON broke you cussed him out while we were there Remember?? So NO I won’t take down review and threatening me to do so won’t help you!"

"Best Auto Knowledge and customer service in the area hands down. I stumbled across Chris and his family with Hudson Auto Care, Inc as I was asking a friend who he uses for his Diesel truck repairs. I knew I needed an honest opinion as I was receiving conflicting reports from my normal shops. Chris immediately was able to add me to his busy schedule. I use my truck for my business and if the vehicle is running then I’m not earning for the family. They methodically went through error codes, tests, and by using their vast knowledge found the issue. They ordered the parts, tested the truck for a full day after the parts were installed and found that they had found and rectified the problems. They were diligent and extremely easy to deal with. An extremely fair and trustworthy shop. You will find the team willing to do what it takes to make you feel special. They did with my experience and I will definitely be back!!!
