Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"The person I spoke to, Sam, was very courteous and quick to fill my need of a vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle, we saw where the back, right, lower quarter panel showed damage. I was assured it was not a problem. Unfortunately, after getting to highway speeds it became very apparent there was something wrong with it. Either it was out of alignment or something more serious. I called the office and reported the issue, I was told to stop at another location and swap out the car. Since it was late, and I wouldn't be near another location, I decided to continue on my trip. The next morning, I was near Milton Florida, so I called their office. I was informed that they did not have another SUV to swap, and I would need to go to Pensacola. So, I drove a total of 43 miles out of my way to trade vehicles for another SUV similar to the one I had originally gotten. Due to rushing to get back on my way I accidently left my neck cushion ($30) in the other vehicle. I had a time frame to get where I was going, and it was important to me to be there on time, so going back wasn't an option. Again, there seemed to be an issue with either the front right tire or alignment since the vehicle vibrated when reaching highway speeds (55-70 mph). I kept going and decided I wasn't going to waste my time swapping out another vehicle. Once I came back to Hudson and returned the vehicle I was driven to my home. The person who was driving acknowledged that there was something wrong and indicated you could tell it by the vibration and the steering wheel being offset while driving straight on the road. He said he would report the issue to his supervisor. I was not happy to say the least. Not only was my neck cushion lost in the shuffle, but I was given a vehicle that needed repairs, again. This the first time I have ever had an issue with a rental from Enterprise and it seems the company has not maintained the maintenance of its vehicles like it used to."
