"Visiting the area and was looking for a sweet spot and came across Chip. Atmosphere is pleasant staff is helpful, & shop is clean. Now the taste of the cookies— the only way I can describe them is rich in taste if that makes sense. The dough taste fuller, you can taste the ingredients like it was hand made, cooked down, then poured into the dough. Truly a gourmet taste; it’s just rich (filling) in taste. I had the chocolate chip and the Oreo cookies. I would have ordered the 4 pack instead of the 9 had I know it was so thick in taste."

"This was my first time here after my wife bringing home cookies from Chip before. The attendant greeted us warmly and explained their cookies. The shop is simple with easy to understand signage. Their butter cookies are fantastic (forgot the official name) as is the tres leches cookies. What I enjoy most from Chip as opposed to their competitors is that Chip cookies are not so sweet that you can’t enjoy the cookie, at least the ones I’ve tried. As a final bonus, they sell packaged, day old cookies at a discount which of course we had to take a couple. Prices are in line with other cookie shops if not a bit less expensive."

""I don't know Chip, what do you say?" Reminded me of an old movie...Anyway, chipping at 4.0 ⭐️ Let's start with creativity, adding toppings to your cookie will either make it better or worse. In our experience, it was somewhat better, somewhat. We tried the SW chocolate chip cookie, Choconut, Tres Leches and Sugar cookie. The SW was good but not great. The Choconut which is a chocolate chip cookie with some extra chocolate top filled and toasted coconut with drizzled chocolate over it, it was good but not great as well. I'm a chocolate lover but this cookie concoction just had too much chocolate that just drowned everything else in taste so there wasn't any balance of flavors. The sugar cookies with some "frosting' over it, were just like any sugar cookie but was leaning towards the dry side. The Tres Leches which I thought would be the sweetest was actually not and dare I say, was the best of all of them. Had good texture and was the favorite of all others. Chip is the gourmet version of Crumbl but it's not worth the gourmet price. They do switch up the cookies every week like Crumbl so maybe their cookies will be a hit or miss as we experienced.
