"I recently ordered lunch to be delivered in time for my break at work. The driver came to my job with an incomplete order. I had to chase the delivery driver to make him aware. He replied he was in a hurry and didn’t even check my order. He said he’d be back in 10 mins. A half hour later still nothing. I phoned store. Not resolved. Forty mins later after putting off my timed lunch break I phoned again. Still not resolved. I proceeded to tell them I will not be ordering again."

"I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for 2 years. This is because I work at the local high school. Our lunch hours are around 10:30 AM and Jimmy John’s is one of the only places that opened for lunch at 10. That way we could get back on our lunch break. Today I ordered a sandwich online and so did my co-worker. I ordered it for 10:15-10:30 pick up. When I walked in the employees were sitting on their phones doing nothing and told me that they were not open till 11. I came at 10:40. There is a sign on the door that says 11 but due to my break I couldn’t wait any longer. They just stared at me and I asked them to make my sandwiches as I had to get back to work immediately, and they reluctantly did it. They made both my and my co-workers sandwiches incorrectly. I paid extra for bacon and did not get it. I didn’t get the napkins I requested nor were the sandwiches cut like I requested. I asked for no cheese due to our dietary restriction and I got cheese. Frankly the sandwich looks mauled. I didn’t get a receipt that is usually attached to the bag. It’s disappointing that we can no longer go here due to their hours and poor service. They will be missing out on a lot of business."

"I ordered an Italian sub and another coworker ordered something different. When I went to eat my sub they had vinegar I don’t like vinegar. I want it oil and salt, and nothing was told to me that they didn’t have that the guy tells me that they cannot do nothing about it. They cannot refund my money that they voted out of my ticket and then he tells me they spit in my food refused to give me his name. They will not answer once I called back once somebody answered and said I called the wrong number. The first girl that I spoke with was very very rude telling me well what do you expect me to do? I’ve been ordering from Jimmy John’s for 8 1/2 years from where I work at and this is what I get from Jimmy John’s. I am a very disappointing person when he told me they spit in my food that did it they refuse to give me Corporate’s number"

"The cashier has a bad attitude with customer not good customer service .I feel like she is not happy working in there and bring her problems to work not a good experience at the location . Her mean aptitude make me feel that don’t want to come back there . Like she is going to pay for my food not at all .Customer service is everything for a business . I will never come back here for that reason ."

"This place SUCKS ! Every time I place an order, they have an excuse why they canceled the order. This time, they stopped taking orders at 730 and they dont close till 9 ! Well, they lost another $40.00 sale. And were only 5 minutes away. I'm done with this place. They are never busy when I have went into the store, just a bunch of LAZY KIDS there, sitting around doing nothing. I will be sure and tell my co- workers here in the ER . DONE DONE DONE , with this place. Worst service ever !"
