The Cheesecake Factory

"Food was great, service was pretty lackluster. We had the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and the Crusted Chicken Romana. Both of those were tasty and a nice, large lunch portion. The Crusted Chicken Romana isn't comparable to chicken parm how we thought it might as the chicken is not crispy but of a nice flavor. The bread was a large portion for just the two of us which was nice; the butter was rock hard however. Our server was very slow to get to us, and the total time from sitting down to receiving two waters was over 10 minutes, possibly closer to 15. The server also seemed to observe our empty drinks but did nothing about it until we waved her down after being passed a few times."

"This was our first time trying the new cheesecake factory and I must say that it was an enjoyable experience. The service was good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was excellent. We came for a birthday dinner and it was a good choice. I will mention that the food and service is a notch below the Naples location, but if you're closer to this location, it might be worth coming here instead. The cheesecake was top notch, as usual, and the entrees were okay. The portion sizes were good for the pricing and overall we were happy to be people who enjoy going to the cheesecake factory (albeit it is beneath some women in today's age) and we look forward to coming again."

"We came in as staff was still learning their respective areas. Cooks were still figuring things out and we couldn't order appetizers ahead of our main meals, so we said that was fine and ordered everything at the same time. I had the house Cabernet and it was very good. Not dry at all, and had a very robust flavor. I ordered the lemon and garlic shrimp w/angel hair pasta, and it was delicious and an excellent portion. I didn't feel too full afterwards. Definitely roll your pasta around in the sauce to capitalize on as much flavor as possible, otherwise the pasta is sitting on top of the sauce and just tasted plain. Mixed with the sauce, it tasted great though. The shrimp had its own seasoning and didn't disappoint. My wife ordered an appetizer for us to share, the stuffed mushrooms, as well as a chicken pasta dish. Myself and my guests all had our meals. My wife's pasta dish and appetizer were forgotten. We were told they were still cooking it, but we all finished our meals before hers came out. The stuffed mushrooms were pretty good. The cheese to mushroom ratio was good. I liked the app a lot. My wife says her meal came out nice and hot. All in all, taking into consideration that this is a newer location for this restaurant and staff is still learning, it was a good experience. I would definitely revisit. And of course we got our cheesecakes to go. I got the toasted marshmallow s'mores cheesecake, and my wife got the pumpkin pecan pie. Both superb!"

"The wait time was not bad at all! When we arrived they said around 1 hour waiting, but it was just like 20 minutes. The service was amazing! They have a full staff of people serving. We ordered an appetizer The nachos, different entrees and the strawberry and mango cheesecake. Overall we are very happy with the food, and the service! Very nice to have this restaurant now in Estero"
