9 Thai-Sushi

"Stumbled on this place while visiting town. As great as the food was, the service was better. Been a while since I have been treated so well from the service industry. These folks love their job and good at it. They make you feel special from opening the door when we entered all the way to opening our chopsticks for me and my wife. Chicken pad Thai medium and 3 rolls. Red dragon, volcano, and double tuna. Everything was great!!!!"

"2023: I’ve been back many, many times since it first opened in 2021. What started out so amazing with excellent presentations on a variety of different platters, fun high quality service and very good sushi and thai has really changed. It was a go to, but will no longer be. The service is decent. However the quality of the sushi and presentation has really gone south. Sad as we really enjoyed it initially. It seemed around when they opened up the larger space, the management or ownership changed…not sure - but that’s around when it started to change. I with them luck and hope they find that early magic again. Changing from 5 to 4 stars. 2021: Outstanding! Great service, Gread Sushi! Best I've had in SWF."

"Best service of our life! Greeted by a gentleman who you could immediately tell he loved his job. Pulled out our chairs, set our menus, and even opened our chopsticks. Food came quick and presentation was on point. We ordered 4 sushi rolls and it was obvious each roll was made with care, the freshest sushi we have had. Highly recommend the sushi and gyoza appetizer! Start to finish this was the best serving experience we have had. Our server even RAN to the exit door to hold the door for us as we left the restaurant. We have non stop talked about 9 tai sushi and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!!"

"Honestly, it’s a good place. Solid 4/5 stars. Their ability to make esthetically pleasing food is incredible. Every meal that I get here I am always so impressed by their artistic talent. The food is hit and miss in my opinion. Some dishes are excellent, whereas others fall flat. It’s especially damming when you have multiple dishes next to each other. Taste one roll and “BAM” absolutely in love, taste the other and “Meh…… it’s okay….. I guess.” The prices are fair, but a bit on the pricey side for the taste quality, in my humble opinion. The best dish we tried today was the Duck Noodles Soup, followed with the Rainbow Dragon Roll. Both very good. The service is super friendly, and the experience is good. We will come again, as we have been doing over the past few years."
