"We spent some time in a holiday home in Cape Coral and wanted to enjoy a great Christmas dinner with friends (9 adults and 2 children). The coordination in advance with Cristi was perfect - she immediately came up with a menu suggestion that we liked and coordinated all the necessary details. Since we were in a holiday home, Cristi and Shan brought everything we needed with them. Cristi conjured up a beautiful table decoration and there was even a “personalized tableware and menu” for the kids. The 7 course menu was absolutely fantastic. Shan had invested a lot of time in the preparation and the preparation in house was absolutely top level. As one of our guests said: "A Michelin star chef in your own house - you can get used to that." Perfect service from Cristi throughout the menu and she also took some great pictures of the evening. Taste, service, processing - I can only give 5 stars in all areas and can only recommend Cristi and Shan to everyone!"
