"It was amazing!!! I love the Prosciutto Pinsa was so delicious! The place is so relaxing. The best part was the dessert. I got a Red Velvet Cake.. OMG so softy and the cream cheese frosting was perfect! I’ll come back!"
"We were excited to try this new spot in our local downtown, however we had a very disappointing experience. We spent $60 on one truffle fettuccine pasta, one margherita pinsa, one garden salad, and two sparkling waters (no problem if it was worth it). We ordered it for here, but it all came out in to-go plateware, including plastic silverware. Not a big deal, but a big of a bummer as far as service and the price we paid to sit there. The primary disappointment was the food - the margherita pinsa had 1 small basil leaf that someone cut into 8 smaller pieces for the entire pinsa. It also had shredded cheese, not the traditional mozzarella slices of a margherita. We essentially were served a cheese pinsa, which is not what we ordered - they do have as an entree on the menu though. We were confused on how “off” the pinsa was from the photos, and then we realized that their digital screen showing pictures of the dishes were all stock photos (we got this particular pinsa because of the photo… we then saw they had that same photo for two different pinsas on the screen…) The truffle pasta was extremely bland. The noodles were good and homemade, you could tell, but the sauce not so much. Also both dishes came out lukewarm / almost cold. Lastly, the vibe was a bit strange with lounge pop covers playing the entire time - again not a deal breaker but between the weird b-rated music, the plasticware for the dine-in orders, and the very sub-par food, it was a lackluster experience and a waste of money.
