"They asked me to try their home Internet for a free no cost trial as long as I cancel within 14 days. Within 2 hours it cut out 3 times. My kids couldn't live with that so I packed it up and brought it back 5 days later. They accepted the device and gave me a receipt stating $0 in charges. My next bill I was charged $50 because they never cancelled my line. The T-Mobile expert on the phone gave me a refund and cancelled it. The manager seemed bothered and a little passive aggressive while I was in the store. Not very customer oriented imo. If you plan on doing business there save your receipts! I'll stick to doing my transactions online for now on!"
"The screen protector cracked within a couple of months of purchasing it. The manager, Zack, had made me buy it saying that it comes with free replacement if broken. There was no way that I would have paid $40 for this cheap looking protector if it wasn’t for the replacements that I was told come with purchasing it. I went to T-mobile to get it replaced and the rep said that there are no free replacements and if I need replacements, I have to pay an extra $18 per month. $18 per month for a screen protector that I already spent $40 for??? This is dishonesty. This is the last time I am buying any accessories from T-mobile. I had better screen protectors from Amazon for cheaper the price and had never cracked before despite dropping the phone multiple times. Don’t let those T-Mobile sales reps fool you like they did to me."
"Went to T mobile to replace a phone since it was just lost. Had an old phone from 10 years ago and was ready to purchase a new phone. Salesperson Danillo Nalos was helpful, professional, knowledgeable but above all informed and honest. Thank you Danillo , from a happy and loyal customer. You made up for the aggravation from losing a phone."
