"This location should be closed down!! I called to see about a product they offer and when the associate answered my phone died. I called kmit back and the associate just sat there pressing buttons in my ear.I gave it some tome in between calls and still when the associate answered they would just press buttons in my ear.. im reporting this store to the FTC and county commissioner and I will make sure something is done.. Whoever manages this store and whoever works there definitely shouldn't be working here.. flat out rude and disgusting"
"**BUYERS BEWARE** Went in to the store to purchase and Xbox Series X, while ringing up the employee told me it was (REQUIRED) to sign up for their pro membership with every single purchase of a console. Turns out they get commission on every pro member they sign up and they wouldn’t let me buy without it. They lie to you and they are scammers. Do not shop here."
