"My daughter was given a Christmas gift that was bought at Ross and when we tried it on it did not fit. The person that gave us a gift sent us a copy of the gifts receipt and that wasn't good enough they would not exchange that's all I wanted didn't want the money back just exchange the item to something that would fit my daughter that was given as a Christmas gift. I have never had this problem in any store not Target not Walmart not Marshalls not TJ Maxx when it is a gift Christmas gift they will offer to either exchange and give you a gift card but apparently Ross's policy is not to exchange gifts even if you have a receipt that was sent on the phone they don't accept receipts from the phone. I think that is very poor and I will never shop at Ross again. I work for a company that is a shop at home and even we give exchanges as long as it shows that it was bought at the store. I don't live close to here so having to come this distance to have the exchange is ridiculous"

"Worst experience ever! I’ve been going to this store for 10 years. I’ve never encountered such rudeness my whole life. The assistant manager of this store is a child who acts like a child and manages like one. She never learned to respect elders or that the customer is always right. I got bullied, kicked out and embarrassed for a mere question. After years of going there making friends with the nice staff there 1 bad apple ruined it. I have PTSD from the experience that I can’t go in the store again. I was singled out probably racially singled out or this girl had her menses. There’s no excuse for behaving as a savage with no training or morals and that’s what I experienced… an animal with no training. Dogs behave better."
