"I went twice because of a check engine light that notoriously haunts the Toyota owners of the world !! The light along with the VSG light popped but nothing appeared wrong and I went to a competitor and had the codes and estimate for 463 dollars of parts that needed to be changed???? Searching the internet I found that if the gas cap doesn’t seal correctly it could be the culprit? I bought a new cap and they were extremely helpful about how to clear the codes and it worked!! That is for a couple days!! I returned and the guy scanned my codes for me and the four parts needed was now one!!! I bought a quality oxygen sensor that was exactly like the one on my vehicle avoided all the wiring cutting with the one fits all parts and for 157 I was finished. To all Toyota owners always make sure you have a good gas cap and tighten it every time you pump!!!thanks O’Rielly staff for your guidance and advice, I would have bought all those other parts and would have had to pay to have them installed as I couldn’t tackle that problem without a mechanic and who knows how much I would have spent?"

"I went to this store because it was conveniently near my job. I needed to get my battery tested. My first impression when I entered the store was that it was clean and organized. Jimmy charged my battery for me and provided great customer service. My battery was found to be bad. Jimmy gave me options and I purchased a battery from his store. He installed the battery for me right away, while explaining some things I should know about the battery, terminals, etc. He was very kind and helpful! I will definitely return to this store when I need guidance or help. Thanks, Jimmy!!"
