Specifically, I seek: Honor of the Warranty: I expect the warranty to cover the accidental damage as initially communicated by the store manager. "Tired of being harassed into signing up for their rewards when I only go in every few months to get HRO trading cards once they are on clearance I don't need to be told why I'm passing up on such a good deal then argue why i don't think it is cus you people won't take no thank you for an answer. Just give me my $3 pack of trading cards and leave me alone and accept i don't want your rewards program. Called to complain to corporate but new manager does the same thing. I'm being forced to just order online. It would be fine if they asked I said no and they moved on I don't need to hear why it's such a good deal and I should get it from every different employee since I only go in every several months its ridiculous"
