"I recently stayed here on a trip from Maryland to Maine. The Inn is nice and clean and easy to get to from Rte 88. Most importantly when we had some travel problems they were very helpful and made a difficult trip much easier. We were so happy with the experience that we stayed there again on our way back from Maine."
"This is the best kept secret in Oneonta. Easy on/off to I-88, rooms are spotless and spacious, restaurants are right down the road and everything is updated. Very quiet area and priced much better than the chain hotels in the area. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is kinda a "Route 66" vibe here. Try it, you won't regret it."
"My older son plays baseball during mid of July. Rainbow inn offered the best value for the price. Safe and scenic neighborhood. Large, quiet and immaculate room/bathroom. Firm bed that saved my spinal cord. Crystal clean swimming pool with comfortable 80 degree water (not heated). Simple complimentary breakfast (no eggs, sausage or waffle), but the fruit is off-the-tree fresh. Owner Maria and her family are very nice and responsive to provide all our needs during the stay. We will definitely come back when my other son plays at Cooperstown. Maria mentioned that they are adding small kitchen in some units. Besides, each room has mattresses of different firmness. You can ask Maria about the availability of the type of bed you like."
