"We were accommodated with the very last minute reservation. We had a hiccup in Cooperstown and needed to pivot. The rooms were very clean. Great amenities in their store, perfect for late night munchies. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly."

"Came here with my family to visit Hartwick College. Staff was very friendly and warming. Truly enjoyed the area. While we were there it snowed which was amazing to see."

"This hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are big and clean and super comfortable. We've been down to the pool and the pool was in nice shape. There's a couple of things I do have issues with. We didn't eat at the cafe yet. But the prices are kind of high which you expect for a hotel. There's no vending machines, and the drinks and candy in the lobby is ridiculously expensive. It's right next to a lot of restaurants so so we just went to some of them. My biggest complaint is the paper thin walls. I was just in the bathroom and could literally hear someone peeing on the other side of the wall. People are running around bumping and yelling and it's very very loud and I can hear everything that the family in the next room is saying. For the price he pay to stay here, they should really invest in making the rooms more sound proof"
