"The owners here stare down at you for no reason and rush people out when the laundry is barely finished. The dryers don't get hot (25 cents for 5 minutes). It was a waste of time. Old equipment. when my dryer stopped running before time was up, the old man just banged on the machine. What the heck."

"I would give zero starts if it’s possible! The old woman who, I assume is a owner, is extremely rude and not competent at all. I came there today for the first time wanting to drop off my clothes and her first phrase when I walked in was “What are you doing here”? Are you serious, old lady? This is your greetings to the customers? Such a terrible and disgusting behavior. Hope you will get what you deserve!"
"The owner was extremely rude to me, and overly dismissive, not sure if this behavior is normal in her culture or I was treated like this based on my being a minority, however, I will not be returning here to wash my laundry in the future."
"Have been coming here for past few months. Owners know us by face and say hi. First interaction - Lady owner is very rude, gave us attitude on how we were using dryer and said we had to split into 2 loads not one. Fine, we did that. Last interaction - Their dryer ate my boyfriend's driver license ( could be seen on underneath the lint area ) , told them this and they said to come back end of day by the old man ( the lady said tomorrow ) so fine, I came back a few days later in the morning and they told me it was not there. Lady said "why do we want your driver license?" I told her "I didn't think you want my driver license, i'm just saying I know my license is there" Overall; terrible ability to build rapport with customers and rub off wrong way consistently. Will not be coming back ever and recommend others to not go."
