"Like the other person mentioned below, the Chinese girl who works there said the last wash is 6:30 PM! The store closes at 8 PM, there is way more than enough time to finish everything in 45 mins even if you comes at 7 PM. That place doesn't have a fresh air anyway."

"even it was 6:45 girl who works inside didn’t allow me to wash my clothes.Like she says i will not stay until 8pm because of you,but laundry closes at 8pm,washing + drying takes maksimum 1 hour .Owner should see message and control business,other way they go down and down day by day.people only at 6 pm comes from work"

"I'm not a customer who likes to complain. I've moved to my new apartment about 7 months ago, and during these 7 months, I've had 4 shirts damaged with strains. I probably should have said something the first 3 times, but the 4th one was a new shirt that had the same damage as the other 3 PLUS it had bleach stains on it. The worker and the manager completely denied everything, and after talking to me like I was a child who has never done laundry before and know that sometimes things get damaged or ruined, finally agreed to compensate me. I wasn't even asking for compensation for the first 3 shirts, I just wanted them to pay for the brand new shirt that has bleach stains on it. I asked for 15 dollars which is about how much I paid for the shirt, and the manager who's name is Wan, only agreed to pay me 10. Never going back this laundromat. I've never had issues at the laundromat on Ave. Y between 19th and Ocean Ave. near the Staples. I guess I'll be going back there, even though it's now a bit further away from me."
