"I’ve never went to the laundromat but the delivery service says enough. Horrible service, they call you to come down to “help” them with the laundry and leave you with the heaviest bags, or when you place an order for pick up there is always an issue- time discrepancy, they love to cancel your order. The “manager” is super rude when she wants to be so hope you catch her on a good day. I’ve stopped using the services and recently tried to place an order …. Service hasn’t improved, it only gets worse."

"My review of 1 star from a few months ago was deleted. This place is horrible. First time i came here someone stole my cart and the staff didnt help to do anything but let me watch an old camera recording of the person stealing it. Owner was so rude whe i asked how they will help me by saying thats business and I shouldnt of left it there. I EVEN TIED IT TO THE WAL WITH THE OTHER CARTS. Firs impression sucked because of that and dryers steal our money because it doesnt work well and i was right. Never touched the place since february a d i came back today to test and guess what, still the same broken dryers stealing double your moneys worth. A better laundromat is about 3 smal blocks away that i go to now."

"The customer service is excellent. The guy who works here wouldn't want to sell me more detergent that I didn't need. I asked for two boxes of detergent; but he said, "One box is good enough.""

"They should not even get 1 star. The owner is so rude and does not try to solve customer issues in any professional manner. The dryer wasn't working after I put my clothes to dry for more than a half hour. I tried to prove this to his staff and to him and he argued about giving me my money back like I was a criminal and trying to swindle him (for my $2). Once he finally did give me my money back he tried to shoo me away again speaking to me like I'm some criminal. Absolutely unprofessional. This guy should not be running a business."
