"Pros - Easy operated machine - has nearby grocery store and 62nd train station as well - Some of employee nice Cons - those machines are dirties - Some of employee so rude and get ready to yell at your face, just pulled dust cloth filter out to clean up because its has full of dust on it. Avoid to contact her that working on Friday. - Crowded on Fri, Sat, and Sun"

"I did a large load in the evening last night 8/25/17 so I had to make 2 trips to get my clothes. I live walking distance to this place and I spoke 2 a manager I believe and told her I will be right back 2 get my things because I have wet clothes I need to hang. I come back with help and she closes after she told me she would wait since I live walking distance to this place. If I known she would have done that I would have taken my wet clothes with me. She told me not 2 worry but when I come back they close and leave my clothes in the front behind the gate . I couldn't grab them. If I lived far I understand what she did. Don't tell me I will wait and I rush right back and it's closed."
