"I took my short in to get stitched Monday he asked when I wanted it back I said Thursday it is now Friday (I was busy Thursday so I couldn’t pick it up ) and they didn’t even touch it I really needed it today now I’m stuck with no outfit cashier showed no remorse whatsoever do not come here !!"
"The customer service is atrocious and the dry cleaning is subpar. Please don’t bring your most expensive items to this business, they will damage it and then refuse to take full responsibility. For the owner to come here and claimed that my item was previously damaged is an utter lie. I repeatedly asked them to prove it , ask to review camera footage at time of drop off, he refused. I will take this matter to civil court."

"Dry cleaning There is no one that speaks good english and it's very difficult to communicate. I brought a trench coat in and they said it was leather. There was no leather on it I asked to speak with the boss and they said he's only there on Saturday. I then asked them to have him call me which they wouldn't do. So i will no longer do business if i can't speak with a responsible person. I gave them in a matter of a week $300 in dry cleaning. There loss not mine."
