"I dropped off my laundry to be washed and they came back damaged she claimed to be in the business for years but yet don't know you don't wash colored clothes in hot water then she decides to call the cops like it was a crime commented need I say more"

"Wash yes, dry NO. Tried out the wash and dry service and a quarter of the clothes were folded wet. Socks were missing. We went back afterwards to get an ikea bag that was not given. We mentioned that our clothes were wet and even showed the photo of the drying rack. Lady seemed to not understand and simply responded ‘medium dry’. We will not be coming back. Gave an extra star for the guy that helped us load the bag into the trunk of the car."
