"I can only comment on the drop off. For 1$/lb this was a deal. I had to try it and I am very happy I did . Super nice lady at the front greets you and she always says hi when I pass by her shop even though I am not dropping off clothes. She folds the clothes and separates them based on undergarments and shirts and pants. Very convenient"

"Today is November 19th, Saturday. I am here to wash my clothes here. This staff service is very poor. When all the washing machines have clothes, you tell the staff that you want the washing machine, and she will take the washed clothes out of the washing machine for you. However, if you need a dryer, she won't take the baked clothes out of the dryer. I won't take care of you for a long time. Today, I am really angry. I have been washing clothes in this laundry for five years. The former staff is very good. Today this is really really bad. I think I should go to a laundry."
