"There is at minimum always 6> machines not working. The water to the washing units will spring a leak, or somehow not have cold (??) water. A fan pointed at your clothes dries faster than their dryers. This is the perfect place to waste your money at."

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I came here for the first time today, and this place is absolutely terrible. More than half of their dryers are out of order, some of which have signs, and some of which the staff will let you waste your money on even though they don’t work. I used two faulty dryers that did not have “Out of Order” signs on them. One kept going even when the door pushed open and nearly injured me. I put the other one in for 35 minutes on high, and only at the end realized that the dryer never heated up at all. I asked for a refund, and they gave me a few quarters toward the dryer, but I ended up spending way more just to get my clothes dry. I highly recommend everyone avoid this place. UPDATE: After nearly two hours that my clothes were in the dryers here on a high temperature, they are still slightly damp. I decided to go home and hang dry my clothes. When I told them this, they didn’t even offer an apology or a refund."
