"Terrible laundry service. Constantly hiking prices weekly. My laundry didn’t smell clean. I started using them because it cost me less than $25/week. That changed within 2 weeks as the prices kept increasing. My last load of laundry cost $38 dollars for next day delivery. I will never use this place again. Complete rip off"
"Based on past reviews on here, I almost didn't use this business. However, it started with a phone call to check their hours, prices and services. The manager (via text conversation) Elia was very polite and helpful. MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! Got there around 6am Saturday morning, the place was fairly empty. They have 5 machine sizes and 2 dryer sizes and the prices are actually fairly reasonable despite the reviews on here. Washers start at $3.50/small up to $11/jumbo (very huge space). Regular dryer $0.35 per 8 minutes and jumbo dryer $0.45 per 8 minutes. The dryers are hot and dry the clothes very quickly. They do have staff on site even that early. The guy was very nice as well. He pretty much gave me a full-on tutorial about the machines and additional services. You have to purchase a laundry card for $3, however when you load $20, you get a $2 credit. It's a tap card system so the machines read the cards very well without issue. There's a restroom on site, but I didn't inquire about it. The place was also very clean. I was also impressed with the number of machines they have. Availability should always be guaranteed because they have SEVERAL washers and dryers evenly distributed throughout the facility. They are also open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Overall, I am I'm very satisfied and this is where I will now do my laundry."
