"Good afternoon my name is karter I have been coming to this laundromat for over a year and I must say that the store manager Sarah and Mrs Shirley is extremely helpful and polite to say the least. Not to mention that the store is clean and orderly. They even put their TV to cartoons to keep my kids busy while I do my laundry. We can't thank them enough"

"We are not customers of this store, but seeing how they treat people, I recommend you stay away from this place. My daughter, who just started driving, arrived in the neighborhood with her car and parked for 5 minutes in their parking lot, which has about 10 spaces and still had 8 available. She couldn't find a spot on the street. She called me for help to find a place to park in the neighborhood. The store employees were taking pictures of her car. She went to explain the situation, saying she was waiting for me and would leave shortly. However, the extremely rude employees told her they couldn't do anything because the tow truck was on its way. Congratulations on showing no humanity and not giving my anxious daughter any chance. It's appalling that such behavior is tolerated. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I urge others to avoid this place at all costs."

"Staff is friendly and very welcoming. However, the manager never comes. I’ve been having an issue with how my clothes and being cleaned. I pay for this feature because of my busy schedule the last three times of me picking up my clothes they were dingy and they did not smell like they were clean, so I bought them all back today and Watch the laundry attendant wash my clothes he puts all my clothes in a small machine. Maybe this is the reason why they are not coming out clean. They only use Thai pods so not fair the amount of money that I pay on a monthly basis here my clothes should be spotless."

"Their cards steal your money. Money disappears from your card after a few months if you don’t use it. My card ending up with a 1 cent balance makes no sense. I only go there to wash my comforter because it’s too large for my washing machine. I don’t even dry it at their facility. I have a washer and dryer at home."

"The price of them machines are to dam high, every other week it's going higher and higher! If we just stop supporting clean rite center and walk up the block and wash and dry instead of supporting a place that doesn't care if we can afford to have clean clothes for our family.And of course we need to have clean uniform for the children to go-to school each week ."
