"There are bugs in the machines! Clearly, I can't go there anymore, so I asked for a refund of the money on my store card. They said it was non-refundable. Disgusting."
"I have always appreciated the parking lot and how frequently they sweep and stuff. The staff and everything are very friendly. Some suggestion would be to add more seating. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and the 4 & 6 loader washing machines have been raised by about 35% within the last year. As well as .25 cents gets you 6 mins on the dryers. It would be great if the increases were going towards being able to use a debit card to load the laundry card. This happened literally within the last two weeks but didn’t post anything. Which I get rising costs, but a notice for existing patrons would be helpful."
"It’s Spacious and The machines are good but the person works there is not doing his job. He’s on the phone all the time while floor is so dirty and full of dust and trash. If you mistakenly drop a piece of your cloth you would know!!"
