"It'd be great if the cards were readable at first try but you always gotta fight with the machine. Not the best prices but also not the worst. I go because it is across the street. And it would be great if they prohibit excessive noise from people's phones. It is too damn annoying and they should ask whoever has their phone on speakerphone to either cut it out or step outside. It is not okay to normalize that behavior. They should put a sign requiring people to wear headphones. Otherwise I'm just gonna start going to thr hart one or the new one on knickerbocker. Free soap on Thursdays and Fridays."

"There a lot of places to choose from in this area. This is the best and most clean location for laundry. Friendly staff, respectable selection of items, great prices, did I mention how clean this place is. Damn near spotless every time I visit."

"Did drop off here and I’m very disappointed. All my white clothes and sheets came back with stains on them. It’s like they didn’t clean their equipment or threw my all-white load in with other clothes. Definitely do NOT recommend this place for wash and fold, many better places in the neighborhood."

"How do they not advertise their FREE DRYING on Tuesdays-Fridays?? The attendant on duty is super helpful and can swipe a free 24 min. each on 3 dryers. An entire medium load costs only $2.25 to process, can't really beat that anywhere else. Seating is a bit lacking, but the entire visit can be done within an hour."

"I would give minus stars if I can. I'm writing this review for you. So you can avoid what happened to me and can make a better decision. My white dress shirt came back yellow stained. No refund. More importantly, it's a sold out $100 designer brand shirt. It's no longer available even if they did refund. It was my mistake to drop off such a good shirt here. There are other places that can do the right job instead of ruining customer's clothes. I hope my review helps reducing the future victims. As other reviewers on Yelp are warning, do not be deceived by it's new interior and cleanliness."
