"You would think with the high amount of money they charge to wash, they’d be able to afford to fix broken machinery. But you’d be wrong. More than half of the dryers are constantly out of service, or reserved for staff, leaving people to wait around with their wet clothes. and the atm breaks often. They may give free soap and have a convenient store, but ultimately their service is flawed. And the only payment their machines take is a laundry card, so if you preload your card and their machines aren’t working, you don’t even have the option to take your money elsewhere."

"It’s now $4 to wash a regular load of laundry!! They also lowered the drying time increments so you have to pay more for less time!!! Last time I was there a roach crawled out of the washing machine as I was unloading, one was crawling around the sink as I was washing my hands from touching their ALWAYS STICKY detergent cups, and then one tried crawling in the dryer I was loading and I had to stomp it to death. The atm NEVER works. This place is awful!!!!"

"I use to love this laundromat but during the pandemic it became extremely dirty. Their are roaches crawling all through the laundromat. The roaches are crawling in the floor, on the machine and even in the part of the machine where you pay. It’s disgusting! And the people working their acts as if the roaches are no issue."
