"I met with Randy in the fall of last year for an estimate on getting my house painted. He advised me that they probably wouldn't get out until spring which was fine and he did contact me in the spring to let me know when they be starting. Due to the weather it took longer to start than was expected, but he did eventually show up. I was unaware that it would only be him painting my house, which is a three story house. A few days he did have assistance to scrape, but oftentimes he would be here late, leave early, or not show up at all. It took him about 5 weeks to complete the project, and the last day and a half was when the house was actually being painted. Two months after the fact, I've noticed several spots that were not painted, only primed, and just yesterday I noticed that there is bubbling and peeling paint on my railing and the front of my house. I also asked that he paint the handrail, as they had just been installed last year and was the reason why they weren't painted, and he told me that that hadn't been contracted for. So I ended up painting those myself. Overall Randy was a very pleasant man to deal with, but his punctuality left a little bit to be desired, and although he started out strong with scraping and priming, I believe that he felt that this was a little bigger project than he had anticipated and just wanted to get it finished. Therefore I'm very dissatisfied with the job that is done, and feel like I'm going to be touching up or repainting the house again sooner than I had expected."
