"Dec 22 2022. Walked in as door was open at 5:02 and 2 women at counter one was helping a customer. Wanted to mail a package for holiday. One of the women with dark hair yelled out in a Spanish accent"We're Closed"!! I said sorry door was open. It was 5:02 and just 2 min after closing at holiday season. No line and all they had to do was weigh my small box for price. People like this that give civil service employees a bad name as people that don't care. Happy holidays to the ones that do"

"My packages are marked "delivered" sometimes up to a full day before they're delivered. I contacted the post office and the postmaster told me that it was his policy and he could do whatever he wanted. When I protested, he hung up on me. What's the point of tracking if it doesn't provide accurate information?"
