"Terrible service at the framing center. The girls tell you one thing and then does something else, made my pregnant wife wait over an hour and then told her she should come back a different day. Never going back here!"

"Horrible horrible service!! The girl told me she would cut me a piece of mat and to come back in 30 min. When I came back after 40 min she was on break and another girl went in to start cutting. She immediately came back out and started helping other customers. Making me at 9 months pregnant wait another 30 min. I finally said something and then she told me to come back another day when it’s done. I can’t even believe how bad service the girls offered today! Never going back here."

"Bad customer service :( here’s why: Haven’t went to this store in approximately 2years (before the self checkout) so I was confused and preferred to just wait for a cashier. The cashier (man who is perhaps around his 50s-60s) was just very rude at my confusion, he kept telling me to just use the self check out and I had to explain my coupon wasn’t working, and he kept getting angrier when I refused and just wanted to wait for help. When I got helped by him he told me my item was on sale already and I was like “oh oki that makes sense thank you” so I just bought a gift card instead. As he did that he just throw it to me ???! And was pissed the whole time :(( it made me feel so belittled and small as if I was an infant just for using up his time"

"I used to shop here and things were good. But the most recent visit wasn’t pleasant. A very rude senior woman provided the worst service ever. I was in line for checkout and I did not notice that the customer in front of me was just shopping along the checkout shelves but needs no checkout service. So I was staying at the second waiting spot. One lady, probably in her 50s, quite rudely accused me of blocking the checkout line. I told her that I did not notice the front person needs no service, and this customer very kindly apologized. But the lady still talks in a very condescending and disrespectful tone to me like I blocked her business. I am very surprised to see such an action. And this never happened to me before I am not sure if this lady is the manager of this shop that does not care about feedback, or she is just racial to an Asian face. The benefits about going to local stores is to have better shopping experience. But not in this Michale’s for me"

"I really like the store a lot as there is such a large variety of things to choose from like pastels, charcoal media this place has it all for your artist needs. Although I must say I went there today at 8:00 PM and they were closed I was quiete disappointed about that. The hours on the door say they’re open till 9 PM and so does their website, so please change your hours showing that you close at 8 PM not 9 PM. Thank you!"
