"This place is awful. It took me months to find out a gas station’s insurance information. When I was given the information, I called and spoke to a Janelle Olsen who seemed very gracious over the phone. Then sometime later, Claudia Fallon calls me SCREAMING. First telling me everything I presented was “alleged”, that she wasn’t an insurance agent but a “broker” (even though the signature on their email says “insurance agency”), and then continues to berate me! This is classically called INTIMIDATION. This is disgusting behavior. Disgusting. A simple situation apparently happened - an attendant at a gas station called GAS TRAC put unleaded fuel into my diesel tank. Fine. Fix the damages. It’s their gas stations that are FULL SERVICE. Proper insurance companies handle these things without acting like wild animals. Welp, Ms Fallon’s professional behavior seems to dictate intimidation is appropriate. This is truly sad and disgusting. I’ll remove and delete this comment if someone from CD can call, apologize, and just act like a grown adult. Otherwise, the comment stays. Your client damaged my car. Fix it. End of story."
