"Wish there was a 0 stars option. Horrible customer service, sketchy business practices, and will charge an account after you've already removed it from your profile. On top of this, this location never answers their phones. Will never get another loan with them again."

"Honestly I want to give them a higher rating and don’t usually write reviews but the way my loan process was done was completely unprofessional and unorganized. I had gotten approved for a loan and asked for a variety of information. After submitting SEVERAL personal documents including SS card, drivers license, utility bills, etc. they kept saying they weren’t able to verify my identity. This is not even the MAIN problem it’s the fact that I was told I was all good multiple times to get a phone call 25 minutes later saying they needed more documents from me for their verification team. And mind you this was a 3 week process. The staff could not tell me why they needed more documentation and kept asking for several documents AFTER I had submitted the ones they asked for from a previous phone calls. I don’t know what more the verification team was going to need from me besides asking for a physical copy of my birth certificate lol. Truly a horrible experience especially when you were told everything is all set to go for multiple days. After going to my bank who I normally bank with TD I was able to take out a loan within the same day with no problems. If you don’t want to waste your time I don’t recommend going through One main or at least this office location."
