"They are extremely helpful when they want to sell you the initial policy but offer zero support and service afterwards. The initial policy was significantly more expensive than it had to be. After probing, I found out that I was overpaying considerably in order to fund their commissions. They failed to return calls and emails. They said that they were too busy selling other policies and had no time to service existing clients. Joyce pawned me off the 800 number. I called the 800 number several times and was told that I had to speak to the agency to discuss coverage options and premiums. The 800 number at the carrier said it is the responsibility of the agent who sold the policy to service the client and answer questions re: coverage and premium options. The 800 number is not licensed to do so. Joyce refused to return calls and emails and I let the policy lapse and searched elsewhere. BE CAREFUL as they are a switch and bait shop. They are in the transaction/ commission business not the relationship business. BE CAREFUL that they don't sell you expensive policies that you don't need in order to increase their commissions. Get references before you work with them. BE VERY CAREFUL. Much better to find people in the relationship business than in the transaction/ commission business. There is an inherent conflict of interest as they want to boost up first year premiums in order to maximize commissions and then don't service the account. Be careful of this conflict of interest, lack of interest in long term relationships and transactional interest in short term commissions not the best interests of the customer. They keep on trying to pawn off existing customers to the 800 number of the insurance carrier. The 800 number staff say that it is the responsibility of the agent to discuss coverage options and premiums. The 800 numbers are not staffed with agents that are licensed to discuss coverage and premium options. They only care about new business and commissions, are very short term transaction focused and don't care about customer relationships or servicing clients going forward. Relationships with insurance agents should be long term not just short term one time commission deals to milk the most out of every new business call. Conflict of interest as their incentive is to milk first year commissions and then dump the client relationship. Shop around for someone who actually cares about the customer and not just the commission on new business and then drop you like a hot potato.... Do you want your insurance agent to care only about the commission, take the money and run and pawn you off to the 800 number of an insurance carrier who can't help you because they are not licensed agents? Do you want an agent that only cares about new business commissions or one that cares about helping the client over the longer term? Perhaps better to shop around and find an ethical agent...."

"i recently bought a new vehicle, and needed new insurance. the rate was so good, also switched my home insurance from Allstate. Jody Hodnik helped me get better coverage for a better price. Allstate never updated my policy from like 46 yrs. ago but yet i was paying for just about no coverage. Jody looked over my old policy and gave me updated and better everything. shes returned every phone call and text I've sent to her unlike Allstate who totally ignores you. i appreciate everything that she has done. even though she has been so busy with the hurricane Ida home owners. she has made time for me. thanks Jody for caring so much for your customers. also my son has liberty mutual too."
