"*****EDITED REVIEW, SEE BELOW ORIGINAL ISSUE***** Management called me and acknowledged the issue and agreed should have been handled differently. I give them credit for admitting wrong doing and not just asking for the review changed. Just make sure as a customer to any industry, for sales people to follow your needs and requests (mark of a good sales organization) and not just blindly moving forward with their agenda. Because sometimes their agenda is not always in your best interest..... I have increased my rating due to them wanting to make a wrong, right. I am sharing facts and not my opinion or feelings about this company.... I was looking to get a 3rd quote on an SBA loan. When I called and spoke to an advisor I explained I had 2 other quotes and needed a 3rd. I said I know you will need to have everything including my first born to complete a loan. I said I just need some basic info on term, rates, etc.... to see if your competitive. He assured me he understood. So I sent PLs, rolling 12, 5 yrs of taxes for the business and 3yrs of my personal and he said that wasn't enough to give some general terms. The 2 other banks that was plenty to get a sense what they could offer and National Business Capital said no..... Beware before you get involved, that they will want ALL your info before they can give you ANY info. When other banks just need some basic info."
