"I’ve been a member for almost 20 years. Today , my daughter opened an account with MCU. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jquan Collins. Mr. Collins is a professional thru and thru. He is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. He assisted my daughter and answered all questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable as well as reaffirmed our decision to be members. Mr. Collins is definitely an asset to your institution. I will definitely refer all my friends and family members to MCU. "Took an Uber to this location and arrived around 11:20am . Was greeted by 2 very unprofessional front desk staff . A woman with frazzled box braids, and a man with ear length straight back braids , both very rude and condescending when I was only trying to inquire information to make an account . It’s been a while so I didn’t know what I had to bring but I did have my id. Will not be coming back to this location ."

"Recently opened a credit card with the ability to do a credit transfer in mind. The promotion was to get 1.99% APR for 12 months on normal transactions and balance transfers. I ran in to 2 separate problems. First, the card opened up with a 14.650% rate, so I called MCU multiple times to have it adjusted and everyone keeps telling me to “Give it time. It will fix itself”. It in fact did not fix itself and it has been months later. Second, every time i call the number on the back of my card to do the actual balance transfer (card services), i keep getting transferred to member services who then transfers me back to card services. This never ending cycle of phone hot potato has gone on for months. They both swear they cannot help on their end and that the other department needs to help me. Neither extension has helped me to complete this transaction online either. Ive explained to many people the issue that i have been having and no one had documented the issue, so everytime i speak to a new representative they have no idea of what was told to me by other representatives. Now heres the kicker. I go into an actual branch and explain both of my issues. They did not even attempt to help solve either issue. Instead, they gave me 2 phone numbers for visa and told me that visa needs to help me with both. When i asked why are there 2 numbers the representative didnt know why. Within 5 minutes of me speaking to someone at visa, they transferred me right back to mcu member Services to start the cycle all over again. I will be closing all of my accounts ASAP!!!!!"
