"Poor customer service. Someone fraudulently cashed my check in and td has been investigating since April. Follow up has been very poor by the reps and I've received no real answers. It's also very hard to get a hold of the reps that are supposed to be helping me over the phone. I'm very unsatisfied and i still havent received my money. I would think service would be better for a loyal customer of about 20 yrs. So disappointed"

"Today my husband needed a piece of paper notarized and the employee was very rude, she sent him away. She was less than helpful. After that my husbant went to the Fresh Pond Road location and they helped him, without a problem. Three stars bc. other staff always friendly we never had issues before."
"This location is poorly management. Three out of four times we have came here we were sent down to another bank to get documents notarized. We even called ahead to make sure that the employee would be there to notarize our documents."
