"Visited this place today. I went in to pay a school zone camera ticket that I got @ 3:49 am on a Saturday. I am well aware of the law but I still had to ask . What child is roaming the streets at this hour ? I love New York. I am a proud NewYorker but some things still puzzle me . This administration leaves me baffled . All I have stay that I continue to work very hard and it hurts when I have to spend my money on things that don’t truly resolve the problem at hand. Stay safe New York. The cameras are not the solution. Just Sayin?????"

"Just scam, wasting peoples time. No matter what evidence you have you will be Guilty. I have a video evidence of me getting a ticket while i was still in the car and I was guilty. I have been here few times and they will give your decision Guilty."

"went here this morning i spoke to a guy name joshu he told me there is something wrong in my paper work, i came back and fix the paper work and return to the office, then he had another problem, i came back home and corrected the document and return, then there was another problem and i came back home again and correct the document. when i return with the corrected document, he took all my documents wrong and right and scan all in , i had ask him back for the documents so i can put the correct documents in he said they will review them and send me an email if the documents is rejected or not . i know the document will come back rejected, because he was just tired of me coming back and forth, PLEASE GIVE PEOPLE JOB WHO NEED A JOB this guy should not be working here he wasted my whole morning. going back and forth and i know they will reject the documents cause he scan all wrong and right documents. josh get out from there in the name of jesus, youre a lazy guy and should not be working there, and then to top it off he had the nerve to ask the other clerk in front if she want to change desk. this guy is super lazy. please someone get him out from there."

"If there is slower than a snail, I believe it’s the NYC ID Department. I should say, services need to be improved and updated. We are not living on the medieval age. So very slow and the “INDIAN” guy look like who is in the reception area is not even friendly. If you don’t like your job, at least have the audacity to be kind to your clients. I hope I will not be visiting this place anymore. Public service demands public accountability and professionalism."

"I honestly can’t even give them one star because I wasn’t able to even go inside. They closed early without any notice, leaving a crowd of people outside after most of us left work early to come here. They’ve done this for [at least] two consecutive days. There is no one to hold accountable—no one to speak with. I’m appalled at the disregard with which they treat people. They even turned away a person with a disability who needed to tend to an urgent manner. Truly despicable."
