"A member for 23 years ,I can't get a $5000 loan . I guess my credit history is not that good. BUT CEOs and administrators of MCU credit union swindled and took millions of dollars. All the money that has been laundered from the CEOs. Resulting in New York state audit .Also many locations and branches have been closed (JUST google various news stories of arrests). Nevertheless, simple long-term members can't even get a loan. Many of the online options are available, that are not brick & mortar."

"Yes, it’s only an ATM location in the lobby of a hospital, but I feel much safer withdrawing cash from it. There are (2) ATMs. There is a hospital security officer stationed in that lobby vs using an isolated ATM location."
