"This review is not based on a single experience. I have given this bank multiple chances to see if maybe its just a day off or maybe they are too busy, but this is the slowest bank I have ever been to. Workers are incompetent and often say stuff without cross checking it. I swear it feels like a twilight zone episode in here. Do not go!!"
"This is by far the worst TD bank I have been to. If you are not asian you will not be given the same treatment as an asian customer. To DEPOSIT money they make it so difficult. I understand that they do it for the safety of the customer accounts. However being hispanic they make it even more difficult asking you multiple identifications to see if it really is you. They want to see your debit card, your ID, SSN, pin number, etc. They really made me feel uncomfortable. I do not see them do this to someone if they are asian. The female asian manager with dark straight hair is super nasty and has HORRIBLE customer service. Save yourself from being discriminated and go to another branch."
"This is the worst TD Bank I've ever been to. The only person that looks like they know what they're doing is the security guard. They're so rude. Something is always not working if their system is not down then it's their credit card machine to make a payment. If you can go anywhere else but this TD bank."
