"We live right across from this location. It has a security alarm that when set off in the middle of the night will go for hours (into the morning and next day) and wake the whole neighborhood up. Guess BOA doesn’t have someone on call to address the problem 24/7, which is ridiculous. Even if you’re not a 24/7 business, a 24/7 alarm response is fitting of any business that is concerned with actual safety of customers or courtesy for the neighbors that occupy the buildings around them. Really unbecoming of a corporation that absolutely has the money for this kind of security response."

"Late at night or on fridays it can be a 5 to 10 minute wait, there is never deposit slips of pens or any sort of supplies inside. During street fairs it the machines can be out of money."
