"Everyone here are so overworked and tired. Even the supervisor, Jessica look half dead without any enthusiasm. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Even if you need Chinese speaking service other branches have Chinese speaking staff as well. Go online to the make an appointment section and you can see the bankers name and the languages they speak. Only two teller here and the line is super longer. Don't understand why with such densely populated community they have so little staff. I ordered foreign currency and made the mistake to delivered here because it is closer and the location at Northern Blvd. has no parking. Next time I have it sent to Bell Blvd. It is so frustrating dealing with this branch. Basically all the banks in Flushing is super busy but BOA is the worst when it comes to customer service. At least the staffs at Chase have more enthusiasm, greet you at the door, and have more windows open. In general I wouldn't recommend coming to Flushing for banking services."
